Join a high-performing Finance PMO team at a leading financial institution, supporting complex, high-impact initiatives across controllership, accounting, and treasury functions. We’re seeking experienced Senior Project Managers who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage ambiguity, and are ready to own and deliver strategic workstreams from end to end.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, design, execution, testing, and closure
- Drive clarity on ambiguous requirements, manage scope and deliverables, and ensure successful delivery in line with PMO standards
- Collaborate with finance and enterprise partners while managing stakeholder expectations
- Own financial reporting, lead team meetings and executive updates, and actively mitigate risks and issues
- Guide and mentor junior team members as needed
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally with banking or finance project exposure
- Experience leading strategic initiatives with limited oversight
- Strong knowledge of project governance, documentation, and business process execution
- PMP certification
Nice to Have:
- Background in finance operations or systems
- Previous experience in large financial institutions
- Degree or diploma in a related field
