For more information, please visit our website at:<br><br>http://svmrestore-hamilton.ca/<br><br><strong><em>The Position<br /></em></strong><br><br>We are looking for a full-time Project Manager/Estimator who will be responsible for all aspects of mitigating losses and returning affected properties to pre-loss condition. Ideally this person will have experience working within the insurance industry. This person will coordinate all administrative and production functions of claims in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Additionally, this individual must be a leader with strong initiative to follow-up and close the circle of the claim/loss cycle.<br><br><strong><em>Job Requirements<br /></em></strong><br><br><ul><li>Prepare estimates using industry specific estimating software (Xactimate)</li><li>Communicate with a wide variety of people</li><li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines</li><li>Collect and analyze data to determine restoration needs</li><li>Develop schedules and budgets</li></ul><strong><em>Additional Requirements<br /></em></strong><br><br><ul><li>Posses a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restrictions</li><li>Experience in Xactimate / XA or Encircle</li><li>Able to operate a company-owned vehicles</li><li>Willing to take part in on-call rotating schedule</li><li>Able to work after hours and on Holidays when necessary</li><li>Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check</li><li>Preference will be given to those with IICRC Certification or equivalent; however we will provide training for the right candidate.</li></ul><strong><em>Compensation and Benefits<br /></em></strong><br><br>The salary structure is made up of base pay plus commissions. Base pay offered will depend on skills and experience.
