Project Scope:
• This PM will support work in our Treasury and remediation portfolios, will work with Senior PMs.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple project stakeholders from cross-functional teams, as well as interfacing with project leaders, technology specialists, professional staff, vendors and consultants.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations related to project cost, time, and scope of deliverables.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting to executive teams
• Establish effective project oversight and other governance components, and engages the correct levels to support the direction for the project.
• Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor, Program Manager and Program Director to ensure they are aware of significant changes to the project status in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the appropriate partners to ensure required resources are assigned to the project for successful delivery.
• Build consensus and relationships with project team and business.
• Manage and track cash view of all project financials (forecasts and actuals) Build and manage project schedule, obtaining input from all project stakeholders to gain buy-in and acceptance of milestones and target completion dates for all project deliverables.
Must Have Requirements:
Experience in a Project Governance role or PMO.
• Undergraduate/post-graduate degree.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, self-discipline – able to work in the absence of direct supervision.
• Financial services and technology experience.
• Regulatory and Compliance project management experience
• Experience managing multiple commitments/projects/project work streams simultaneously.
• Resilience and ability to (for short periods) extend beyond role definition to organize work and teams then reverting back to role parameters.
