About the Role
The Project Manager will be a key member of our CRM team, and will collaborate with the Accounts and Technology team to define the project scope, process and timeline and budget parameters. They should be able to solve problems and provide alternative solutions as changes arise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute project plans from planning through to implementation, deployment and post-production
- Responsible for identifying, communicating, monitoring, and responding to risk.
- Communicate effectively and set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines
- Monitor and control project change requests and assess their overall impact on project scope, schedule and cost.
- Collaborate with account services on project cost estimation, budget tracking and budget reconciliation reporting.
- Gain full understanding of the agency’s operational processes and procedures, providing constant training to all project team members.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Proven experience working with Campaign Managers who will execute all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Strong understanding of Audience Segmentation development in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with data integration processes, including data imports, data cleansing, and data validation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Team Collaboration
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, demonstrating strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Help foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in an CRM agency setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex CRM projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of CRM campaign development, data management, and integration processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to build relationships across disciplines: Experience collaborating effectively with teams in strategy, creative, development, and QA.
- Ability to understand technologies applicable to a chosen project and facilitate resolution of technical issues as they arise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams to resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
