With major momentum in their renewables division, they’re looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead several high-profile BESS projects.
Role Overview:
- Oversees the financial performance of the assigned region, ensuring alignment with business plan targets and identifying areas requiring attention.
- Regularly reports financial status, workload updates, legal risks, and new opportunities to the Operations Manager.
- Addresses and resolves project-level legal issues, escalating complex matters to the Operations Manager when necessary.
- Establishes a strong regional management team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities across all operational areas.
- Develops staff advancement and succession plans to ensure continuity in key departmental roles.
Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the electrical/renewable energy sector.
- Experience in the Utility Contracting Industry.
- Experience working with high Voltages.
