- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry, preferably within a Canadian institution.
- Familiarity with payments systems (e.g., Interac, wire transfers, EFT, credit card processing, ISO 20022, real-time payments, etc.).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II).
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
- Background in product delivery
