<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Our client is a leading multinational real estate professional services firm seeking a <strong>Project Manager</strong> based in <strong>Toronto</strong>. This role focuses on the delivery of <strong>office and corporate fit-out projects</strong> within a consulting environment.<br><br> Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead and deliver <strong>office projects</strong>, including corporate fit-outs, renovations, and tenant improvements</li><li>Manage projects <strong>end-to-end</strong>, from initiation through close-out</li><li>Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors</li><li>Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards</li><li>Provide confident, professional leadership in <strong>client-facing</strong> environments</li></ul> Required Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field</strong></li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience delivering <strong>commercial office projects</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of the <strong>full project lifecycle</strong> in a consulting or professional services environment</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul> Preferred / Asset Experience <ul><li>Professional designation such as <strong>PMP, P.Eng., RAIC, or equivalent</strong></li><li>Experience delivering projects for <strong>financial institutions or large corporate occupiers</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>capital improvement programs or large-scale corporate fit-outs</strong></li></ul></p></p>
