This is a very employee forward organization with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, and is driven by its people to elevate each other through collaboration and internal growth. </p><p><strong>What&#39;s In It For You:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible Schedule and work life balance</li><li>Extended Benefits Plan</li><li>RRSP Match</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Opportunities for professional development</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop baseline and master schedules.</li><li>Develop project schedule layouts including critical path analysis, alternate schedules and progress measurements.</li><li>Proactively recommend strategies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.</li><li>Continuously monitor project schedules, status updates and reports ensuring real-time updates are captured and communicated.</li><li>Regularly review and revise schedules to reflect actual progress, changes in scope, and evolving priorities.</li><li>Develop cash flows and resource loaded schedules, based on project estimates and master schedule.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers and Team Leads to identify areas of potential delay, and develop work around plans to mitigate issues.</li><li>Identify major project milestones and critical approvals.</li><li>Analyze project progress, ensuring all updates are accurate prior to reporting findings.</li></ul><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.</li><li>Engineering Degree or Diploma.</li><li>Experience with trenchless technologies, and pipeline rehabilitation.</li><li>Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project knowledge is required.</li><li>Field Planning and MEP Scheduling experience is an asset.</li><li>Valid license, ability to travel and visit projects sites within Ontario</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process:</strong><br />Click apply if you think this role is for you!, If you are a qualified candidate with questions please reach out to Chris Soules.</p></p></p>
