Location: Yonge & Eglinton, Toronto
Property:19-storey residential building 180 units
Portfolio: 1 building Approx. 2-3 leases/month
Salary: $80,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Join a well-established property management firm overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 residential units across the GTA. This role is based at a prime midtown Toronto location, steps from transit, dining, and retail.
Your New Role
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 180-unit residential rental building. You will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. You’ll work closely with an on-site Superintendent and report to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant communications and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee leasing (2-3 leases/month) and renewals
- Coordinate with the Superintendent for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with residential tenancy laws and company policies
- Prepare budgets and monthly reports
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience as a seasoned Property Manager in residential rentals
- Leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a single-building portfolio
- Familiarity with Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act
