<p><b>Job Title: React Front End Engineer</b></p><p><b>Location: Mississauga ON</b></p><p><b>Full Time</b></p><p><br></p><p>This is a migration project. Migrating from Angular to React.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills: React.JS, Redux/Redis, HTML5, CSS3 and Java(Main Skill)</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications leveraging React for frontend interfaces, Node.js for backend services and APIs, and Redis for caching, session management, or real-time data handling.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Architecture & Optimization:</p><p>Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring application scalability, performance, and security.</p><p>Optimize application performance across the stack, including database queries, API responses, and frontend rendering.</p><p>• Collaboration:</p><p>Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver seamless user experiences.</p><p>• Code Quality & Best Practices:</p><p>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.</p><p>Implement and enforce coding standards, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.</p><p>• Troubleshooting & Support:</p><p>Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p>Technical Proficiency:</p><p>• React: Deep understanding of React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX), with performance optimization techniques.</p><p>• Node.js: Strong proficiency in Node.js, including building RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and working with frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.</p><p>• Redis: Hands-on experience with Redis for caching, pub/sub, or data persistence.</p><p>• Databases: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).</p><p>• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>Soft Skills:</p><p>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team environment.</p><p></p>
