Our services include sophisticated 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning with live tooling, precision sheet metal fabrication, welding, mechanical sub-assembly, optical sub-assembly, electrical sub-assembly, and various finishing services. Consider being a part of our bright future!</p>Receiving and Final Inspector<p><strong>Shifts: </strong>Day shift, Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $23 to $25, depending on experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect precision machined parts using manual inspection tools, fixtures and indicators.</li><li>Inspect finished goods and outside services against specifications.</li><li>Complete receiving and final inspections independently.</li><li>Review and interpret certified material test reports.</li><li>Review and interpret outside processing certificates of conformance.</li><li>Segregate non-conforming parts and materials.</li><li>Review and complete NCRs under direction of Quality Manager.</li><li>Review and complete first article inspection reports.</li><li>Understand and follow all elements of the quality management system.</li><li>Read and interpret drawings and 3D model files.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years&#39; experience required.</li><li>Certificate of qualification, diploma or training in mechanical inspection an asset.</li><li>Must understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.</li><li>Must have working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.</li><li>Solid computer skills and experience, including word processing, spreadsheet and ERP software.</li><li>Previous aerospace experience preferred.</li><li>Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>If you are interested in the opportunity, please Apply Now.</strong></p></p></p>
