<p>The Saskatchewan Healthcare Recruitment Agency is committed to the recruitment and retention of physicians and health professionals. Recruitment and Retention Consultant will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the development of the Agency's strategic and annual operational plans.</li>
<li>Identify, develop, implement, evaluate and manage risks related to recruitment and retention strategies, programs, policies and initiatives at the local, national and international levels.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with external partners including communities, employers, regulators and educational institutions.</li>
<li>Promote the adoption of evidence-based and nationally recognized best practices in recruitment and retention, utilizing change management and continuous improvement principles to support implementation.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and specialized information regarding professional licensure requirements, national examinations and assessment pathways to physicians and health professionals.</li>
<li>Build and maintain trusting relationships with students, residents, physicians and health professionals to influence their decision to live and work.</li>
<li>Source and attract candidates, including passive candidates, through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.</li>
<li>Utilize recruitment software systems to ensure candidate profiles and data analytics are effectively managed to enhance recruitment and retention outcomes.</li>
<li>Represent SHRA at events, conferences and recruitment initiatives provincially, nationally and internationally.</li>
<li>Support tracking, reporting and performance measurement of recruitment and retention activities.</li>
</ul>
<p>Extensive local, national and international travel is required. Work hours may be outside of regular office hours, including evenings and weekends.</p>
<p>Bachelor or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Health Sciences.</p>
<p>Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in recruitment, HR, stakeholder relations, or program delivery - preference in healthcare.</p></p>
