About the Role:

We’re hiring a Executive/Headhunting Recruiting Manager to lead our core delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters to achieve strong performance, stay aligned with company goals, and deliver measurable results. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on team success and company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of sales recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Recruit & Onboard: Hire and train new recruiters as we scale, ensuring they ramp up effectively and align with company values.
  • Drive Results: Set, track, and achieve individual and team KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Process & Performance Optimization: Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to improve speed, quality, and fill rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account management and leadership teams to align hiring goals with client needs and company strategy.


Qualifications:

  • Proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales recruiting lifecycle.
  • Natural leadership skills: empathetic, direct, and accountability-driven.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • A bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Located in Canada.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in leading a team with Executive/Headhunting staff (5-10) people.
  • Software skills: LinkedIn recruiter, Salesforce, Slack and Google Docs
  • Proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales recruiting lifecycle.
  • Natural leadership skills: empathetic, direct, and accountability-driven.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • A bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Located in Canada.
