Our Consulting projects require Consultants to travel most of the week to client engagements where they drive value, tangible returns and efficiencies for our customers.</p><p></p><p>As we grow our consulting team we need additional proactive resourcing support to help us identify, qualify and test our talent pool to ensure we hire the best in the industry.</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be based in our office in downtown Toronto 5 days a week, this is a high-volume, fast-paced, recruiting role that will see you manage a blend of inbound applications from proactively sourced candidates and referrals.</p><p></p><p>Fundamentals of this role include:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Building talent pools and managing candidate flow, focusing on sourcing and handling tasks such as advertising roles on websites and LinkedIn. </li><li>Reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, and assessing skills against job requirements.</li><li>The initial screening of candidates by phone or MS Teams to determine suitability.</li><li>Preparing detailed interview notes and screening information.</li><li>Arranging tests, recording results, providing feedback.</li><li>Arranging final Interviews by managing hiring days, assessments.</li></ul><ul><li>Welcoming and meeting finalists and hiring managers.</li><li>Candidate management by building relationships, managing the applicant database and handling general queries.</li><li>Acting as the primary link between the company and potential applicants whilst supporting our Talent Acquisition team.</li><li>Work closely with the Administration and HR team to meet objectives and provide internal support where required.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>To be successful in this role you will need:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Proven resourcing and / or recruiting experience.</li><li>In the early stages of your career in recruitment.</li><li>The aptitude to work in a highly professional environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Experience of working in a professional services environment or recruitment agency servicing the technical engineering industries.</li><li>A process driven mindset that works to predetermined tasks.</li><li>To be results oriented.</li><li>The ability to build rapport, deliver a solid and reliable candidate experience.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What will you get in return?</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Training, coaching and development in candidate resourcing and recruiting.</li><li>The chance to work in one of the fastest growing consulting companies. </li><li>A highly competitive salary and an attractive range of company benefits</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Before applying you should familiarize yourself and gain an understanding of the <br />core services we offer:</p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Quality Giveaway Reduction (Blend planning, scheduling & execution)</li><li>Hydrocarbon Loss Control & Measurement Assurance(Volume expansion and mass balance)</li><li>Energy Intensity Enhancement (Consumption, exchanger, fuel sources & process engineering)</li><li>Value Chain & Supply Optimization (Linear Programming, sensitivity analyses, unit mass balance, density reconciliation, preventative maintenance & continuous improvement)</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>These are the areas, skills and experience we constantly hire for.
