We have our own fleet comprising of Straight Trucks, Tractors and Trailers.<br><br></p><p>We are Looking for an experienced <strong>Reefer Mechanic</strong> that will repair and maintain reefer units on our Trucks and Trailers.<br><br></p><p><strong>Job Position and Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Reefer Mechanic</p><p><strong>Full Time Job:</strong> Monday to Friday</p><p><strong>Hourly Wage: </strong>$35-$42<br><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigerated truck and trailer units to ensure proper temperature control.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and pre-trip inspections (PTI) on reefer units.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, and electronic controls on refrigeration units.</li><li>Inspect, repair, or replace components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, belts, hoses, sensors, and controllers.</li><li>Service refrigeration systems including refrigerant recovery, leak detection, evacuation, and charging.</li><li>Test units after repairs to verify correct operation and temperature accuracy.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate must have:</p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>Thermo King and/or Carrier Transicold</strong> units.</li><li>Knowledge of diesel engines, HVAC/refrigeration systems, and electronics.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Health and Dental Insurance.</li></ul></p></p>
