About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and lead teams toward solutions.
  • Take on leadership roles, including mentoring team members on data analysis, project management, and requirements gathering.
  • Partner with clients to define and enhance their roadmaps, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Create clear presentations for executive management using data visualization and storytelling.
  • Gather requirements, create user stories, and share information across teams.
  • Manage your deliverables with support from your team.
  • Provide expertise on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform recommendations.
  • Innovatively translate visions into processes and requirements, focusing on consumer experience.
  • Contribute to and execute complex digital transformation initiatives.

Show Us What You’ve Got


Ideal candidates will have:

  • At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in creating Business Cases.
  • Experience with EPICs and writing User Stories aligned with project scope.
  • Ability to lead stakeholder sessions independently.
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills for liaising between stakeholders and users.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across teams.
  • A track record of innovative problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with roles like Product Owner.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Financial industry experience, especially in Treasury, Risk, Liquidity, or Fraud.
