As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Counsellor to join our expanding mental health services team. This part-time, in-person/virtual position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful impact. There is potential for growth into a full-time role.

Position Overview

As a Counsellor at Enhanced Care Clinic, you will provide individual counselling to clients and families in BC, focusing on promoting wellness through a blend of values-based and trauma-informed clinical approaches. You will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based services for children, youth, adults, and their parents or caregivers. Collaboration with the counselling team, referring agencies, and community partners is essential. Flexible workdays/hours with a combination of virtual and in-person care delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A master’s degree in psychology, social work, Counselling or a related field
  • Registered or licensed with an appropriate provincial body such as Registered Social Worker, Registered Clinical Counsellor
  • Availability for in-person sessions in BC
  • Knowledge and skills in assessment and treatment of children and youth who experience and to work with the medical team, including psychiatrists and physicians
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual, group, and family, psycho-educational and brief therapy
  • Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
