<p>Part Time/Casual.<br/>Location: St. Thomas and Elgin County.<br/>Closing the Gap Healthcare provides Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of clinic and home‑based community care settings.</p>

<p>We are looking for a Registered Dietitian to serve the community and join our team in the St. Thomas and Elgin County area.</p>

<h3>The Successful Registered Dietitian Will Be</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assessing clients’ nutrition needs and providing treatment plans.</li>
<li>Seeing clients in their own environment and building relationships.</li>
<li>Using a systematic approach to decision making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nutrition care plan.</li>
<li>Managing time and workload effectively and ensuring appropriate and secure documentation.</li>
<li>Able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrates an interest in expanding knowledge and skills in enteral nutrition and clinical nutrition support.</li>
<li>Knows when to seek supervision.</li>
</ul>
<h3>The Role Will Require</h3>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences, or graduate from a Dietitian degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>Current active registration in good standing as a dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.</li>
<li>Experience working with the elderly.</li>
<li>Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.</li>
