*Your Role and Responsibilities*
*As an RMT at Elmwood Spa, you will:*
* Provide high-quality massage treatments, adhering to Elmwood Spa’s established standards, consistency, and protocols, all within the framework of CMTO regulations.
* Contribute to a seamless guest experience by anticipating client needs and health conditions, always prioritizing their health and safety.
* Deliver exceptional service and build rapport with guests, ensuring a great experience and accurate documentation of after-service notes.
* Encourage client rebooking and series sales to maximize future incentives.
* Actively and enthusiastically participate in the implementation of all new initiatives.

*We’re seeking an RMT who has:*
* A positive demeanor and genuine care for the health and well-being of your clients.
* *Good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).*
* *Current liability and malpractice insurance coverage.*
