We are leading a paradigm shift in the Canadian healthcare system by building a network of purpose-built mental health clinics across Canada. By fusing a bio-psycho-social-spiritual treatment model with medically managed therapies, our intensive outpatient programs provide rapid access, rapid resolution, and rapid return to work and healthy lifestyle programs for anxiety, depression, addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and chronic pain.</p><p></p><p>We have opportunities for Registered Psychologists to join our innovative, purpose-driven, and multi-disciplinary clinical teams in British Columbia.</p><p></p><p>ROLE EXPECTATIONS</p><ul><li>Complete Psychological Assessment screens;<br /></li><li>Perform advanced clinical services; including psychological assessment, diagnosis and/or intervention;<br /></li><li>Analyze and evaluate patient data and test or examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder;<br /></li><li>Provide such other services as may be reasonably required by the Company, and as mutually agreed upon</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>WHAT YOU BRING</p><p>Experience</p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health assessment/triage and treatment is required.</li><li>Experience using evidence-based trauma therapy, specifically EMDR or ART is an asset.</li><li>Experience with individual, group, and family counselling is an asset.</li><li>Equivalencies of experience may be considered.</li></ul><p></p><p>Education<br /></p><ul><li>Doctoral degree (Ph.
