Role Overview
The Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, lawyers, and other agents, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions promptly. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and overseeing client account activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure clients receive timely and accurate information.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and stay updated on market trends.
- Manage client documentation and coordinate with various departments for client service activities.
- Monitor and report on client retention risks.
- Product Knowledge and Support:
- Maintain understanding of company products and services.
- Provide product demonstrations and support to clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
- Develop strategies to retain and expand client relationships.
- Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in Relationship Management or similar roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools, and database management.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Knowledge of securities industry and capital markets is a plus.
