This role is central to managing high-value customer portfolios, ensuring service excellence, and supporting the company's continued expansion across diverse markets. The Executive Account Manager will act as a trusted partner to major accounts, oversee project delivery, and champion cross-functional alignment. This position carries significant influence in maintaining long-term client satisfaction and targeting new business opportunities.</p><p></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and expand a portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, timely project execution, and long-term client retention.</li><li>Develop strategic account plans, forecast revenue, and proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless coordination of rental services for client projects.</li><li>Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development, maintaining alignment with company objectives.</li><li>Monitor account performance metrics, manage service escalations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and project walk-throughs to strengthen relationships and uncover growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, or business development, <strong>i</strong><strong>deally within rentals,</strong> logistics, production services, or a related B2B environment.</li><li>Proven track record managing large, complex accounts with strong revenue responsibility.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate across operations, scheduling, and technical teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.</li><li>Highly organized, with strong forecasting, planning, and pipeline management capabilities.</li><li>Adept at problem-solving under time-sensitive conditions and managing multiple competing priorities.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.</li></ul><p></p><p>Job ID# 16815954</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
