<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Describes all menu items; methods of preparation and prices as needed.</p><p>Ø Accommodates any special requests that the kitchen is able to deliver for the guest.</p><p>Ø Upsells established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues.</p><p>Ø Serves menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established service standards.</p><p>Ø Performs pre- and post-shift side work; stock service station, makes coffee, etc.</p><p>Ø Forwards customer payments to cashier for completion of the transaction; receives change from cashier and returns change promptly to guest.</p><p>Ø May assist Greeter/ Cashier with greeting and seating guests; may assist bus person with clearing table and filling glasses.</p><p>Ø Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.</p><p>Ø Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.</p><p>Ø Follows company policies and procedures.</p><p></p><p>Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management</p><p></p><p>Health and Safety:</p><p></p><p>Ø Follow hotel safe work procedures and policy, including the use of personal protective equipment.</p><p>Ø Know and comply with all Occupational Health & Safety regulations, as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Ministry of Labour.</p><p>Ø Report all injuries or illnesses to a supervisor or manager immediately.</p><p>Ø Participate in Joint Health and Safety Committee by bringing health and safety concerns or issues to the attention of the committee.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
