<h3>What you’ll do as a store manager:</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Oversee all aspects of our store, from leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors to partnering with all areas of the business, and vendors</p></li>
<li><p>Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service</p></li>
<li><p>Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!</p></li>
<li><p>Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety)</p></li>
<li><p>Maintain a healthy profit and loss</p></li>
</ul>
<h3>What we’re looking for:</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>7+ years of retail store manager experience</p></li>
<li><p>5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $25+ million big box retail store</p></li>
<li><p>5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue</p></li>
<li><p>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store</p></li>
<li><p>A leader who leads by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities</p></li>
<li><p>Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment</p></li>
