<h3>Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Create Revit drawings from mark‑ups or based on instructions from team members.</li>
<li>Work as part of a collaborative team developing three‑dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.</li>
<li>Assist in creating new Revit families and content where required and modify existing content.</li>
<li>Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.</li>
<li>Prepare reference models.</li>
<li>Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Review drawings for quality control.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications and Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.</li>
<li>Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Detail oriented.</li>
