We are seeking a certified IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out rope access window cleaning and related building maintenance tasks at height, ensuring the highest standards of safety and workmanship.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope access techniques in accordance with IRATA standards.</li><li>Carry out additional rope access duties as required.</li><li>Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with company safety policies, IRATA guidelines, and OH&S regulations.</li><li>Conduct pre-use equipment checks and report any faults or damage immediately.</li><li>Assist with the setup and dismantling of rope access systems, anchorage, and safety lines. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of work performed, safety checks, and daily reports.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid IRATA Level 3 certification is a must</li><li>Previous experience in rope access window cleaning is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of working-at-heights safety regulations and rope access systems.</li><li>Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage based on experience and certification</li><li>opportunities for career development and advancement within the company</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Medical benefits</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Working over 30 feet on an everyday basis.</li><li>ability to lift up to 30 pounds</li></ul><p>Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.</p><p>Aurum welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
