<p>Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a versatile and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and construction tasks across various projects. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The handyman will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards, supporting both residential and commercial clients.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately.</li><li>Install cabinetry, flooring, tile, siding, roofing, rebar, and other building materials.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.</li><li>Conduct concrete forming and masonry work as needed for various construction projects.</li><li>Assist with restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures.</li><li>Measure materials and estimate project requirements using construction estimating skills.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support project completion.</li><li>Follow safety protocols including caulking, rebar installation, siding installation, and roofing procedures.</li><li>Assemble furniture or equipment as required for different projects.</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all tools and materials are properly stored after use.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Proven maintenance person experience with a broad skill set across construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and roofing.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics accurately.</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment.</li><li>Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, flooring installation, siding installation, and cabinet installation is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, caulking, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and roofing.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently on-site.</li><li>Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments.</li><li>Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.
