<p><strong>RQ09627 - Sr. Project Manager/Leader</strong></p> <p><strong>Downtown, Toronto</strong></p> <p><strong>Hybrid - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote</strong></p> <p><strong >Contract 7 months, possible extension</strong><strong ></strong></p><p><strong ><strong>Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)</strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p> <p><strong>5-9 years of experience in the following:</strong></p> <ul><li>Project management experience leading and planning complex, mission critical projects or initiatives involving business transformation, and design, development and implementation of IT Health-related solutions</li><li>Identifying, articulating and prioritizing issues and risks at senior executive levels and recommending mitigation strategies for decision makers</li><li>Proactively identifying, managing and working with relevant parties on risk mitigation strategies to ensure commitments and deliverables are completed as per approvals and stakeholder expectations</li><li>Ensure proper transition to operations is planned for and executed</li></ul> <p><strong>Also:</strong></p> <ul><li>Experience with <strong>Service Management</strong> and<strong> Systems Support Design</strong></li><li>Demonstrated experience in data migration strategies, familiarity with <strong>ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)</strong>,<strong> database replication, and API integrations</strong>, proven successful experience leading <strong>data migration</strong> projects</li><li>Demonstrated experience with <strong>private and public-sector delivery</strong> partner capacity to deliver technology in a clinical setting</li></ul>
