<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b>Description:</b><br /></p><ul><li><b>Informatica IDMC ETL Development</b>: Build ETL processes including mappings, workflows, sessions, reusable components. Apply parameterization, environment configs, scheduling, failure handling, and restartability in IDMC. <br /></li><li><b>AWS/Redshift Ingestion & Transform</b>: design S3 landing/staging areas for data integration. Implement UPSERT/MERGE logic for dimension/fact loads. Configure CloudWatch dashboards/alerts. <br /></li><li>Data architecture: end-to-end data flow diagrams; data masking/PHI handling; row/column-level security design for Cognos & Redshift. <br /></li><li>Data modeling: <span >conceptual/logical/physical</span> models (star/snowflake), Redshift dist/sort keys. <br /></li><li>Data mapping: field-level mappings with business rules, transformations, lineage, data quality validations, and exception handling. <br /></li><li>Any other deliverables as assigned by the Project/Resource Manager.<br /></li><li>Knowledge transfer to HSC staff in the form of a detailed guide or as per project requirements.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><br />Requirements<p><b>Experience and Skill Set Requirements:</b><br /></p><p><b>Must Haves:</b><br /></p><ul><li>IDMC Designs robust mappings, uses reusable transformations, parameterization, environment configs;<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Skill Set Requirements:</b><br /></p><p><b>Public Sector Experience:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Experience working in the Public Sector and familiarity with I&IT project management processes<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>IDMC/Cloud Data Integration / Redshift:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Build Informatica IDMC ETL processes including mappings, workflows, sessions, reusable components. Apply parameterization, environment configs, scheduling and failure handling.<br /></li><li>Configuring, tuning and monitoring techniques for Amazon Redshift and Redshift ingestion.<br /></li><li>Familiar with AWS services (S3, Athena, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, CloudWatch etc).<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Core skills, database and domain knowledge:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Relational database design and optimization experience.<br /></li><li>Security controls to safeguard sensitive data (PI and PHI).<br /></li><li>Query tunning.<br /></li><li>Dimensional data modelling for data warehousing.<br /></li><li>Advanced SQL and PLSQL (or equivalent).<br /></li><li><span >Extract/Transform/Load</span> data.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>General Skills:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Proven troubleshooting and critical thinking skills<br /></li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with client stakeholders to understand, interpret business requirements and its technical implications.<br /></li><li>Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions to client stakeholders, technical staff and to senior management.<br /></li><li>A motivated, flexible, detail-oriented and creative team player with perseverance, excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities, and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><br /></p></p>
