What are we looking for?

Our business is growing and we’re looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator on our Trade Partner Team!. Representing Whirlpool Corporation, you will play a critical role in providing product knowledge and sales support directly to Consumers, Retail Sales Associates, and Trade Partners.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals, who are stellar at verbal and written communications and have strong attention to detail. If this is the role for you, we would love to have you join our team!



RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:


* Manage inbound and outbound calls from consumers and trade partners regarding order inquiries, changes, product availability, delivery escalations, etc.

* Manage and respond to email inquiries from consumers and trade partners within established timelines.


* Confirming/changing orders/deliveries

* De-escalate and work with the appropriate team to resolve order & delivery challenges.


* Proactively manage orders to ensure order quality and order fulfillment.

* Communicate processes and policies to internal & external parties as appropriate.


* Adhere to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

* Provide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functions.


* Take various amounts of data from a variety of sources, distill the information, and then identify trends and relevant information.

* Identify process improvement opportunities



QUALIFICATIONS

Experience to be successful in the role:


* Proficient in English (written and verbal)

* 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role


* Experienced in appliances and consumer electronics, considered a bonus

* Post-Secondary Education, preferred


* Superb communication skills, both written and verbal

* This role is required to work from Whirlpool Canada’s Corporate Office located in Mississauga, ON (Monday – Friday)


* Proven experience using Google Suite and/or Microsoft and be comfortable at using multiple network applications to source information.

* Must be comfortable completing a criminal background check
