Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience and familiarity with the eLearning industry, excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products or services, and closing sales to help us grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Prospect for new leads
- Performing demonstrations and presentation for customers and teaching them how to use the our products or services
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client relationships
- Present, promote, and sell eLearning products/services to existing and prospective clients
- Overcome objections and negotiating with leads
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare yearly sales plans and execute them
- Keep records of sales, revenue, and customer data
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for recurring business
- Other sales related duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Salesperson, Sales Associate, or similar role in the eLearning industry (minimum 2 years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
