Role Description


This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional located in Mississauga, ON. The Sales Business Development professional will be responsible for generating leads, performing market research, and developing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, developing strategies to attract new clients, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role involves communicating effectively with potential clients and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Must have work experience in staffing agency environment
  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus
