In this role, youll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeedwhile shaping the future of AI for local economies.</p><p><br /></p><p>Your Impact</p><p>As a Sales Business Intelligence (BI) Lead, you&#39;ll work with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Data Engineering to:</p><ul><li>Serve as the founding member of the Sales BI function, delivering high-impact dashboards and reports for commissions, pipeline health, and sales performance</li><li>Translate business needs into scalable BI outputs and align technical infrastructure with revenue-driving goals</li><li>Define and implement consistent KPI frameworks, enforce data quality standards, and introduce AI-powered analytics to enhance insight generation</li><li>Standardize reporting surfaces and processes to enable self-serve access, reduce manual reporting, and improve operational efficiency</li><li>Establish foundational governance, documentation, and best practices to scale the BI function for the future</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional BI teams to ensure alignment and eliminate duplication</li></ul><p>What You Bring to the Table</p><p>You bring deep experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, and cross-functional collaborationplus a passion for transforming raw data into insights that drive revenue growth.</p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, or <span >Analyticspreferably</span> in SaaS or tech</li><li>Advanced SQL skills and hands-on expertise with modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)</li><li>Proven ability to design dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned with sales metrics and workflows</li><li>Strong understanding of key sales KPIs, funnel stages, and pipeline forecasting</li><li>Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>A self-starter mindset and comfort operating as an individual contributor in the early stages of function building</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field</li><li>Experience integrating AI-driven analytics and automation into BI workflows</li><li>Background in mentoring or upskilling others in BI practices</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>About Vendasta</p><p>We help businesses get more customers.
