This role is essential in driving process efficiency and sales visibility.</p><p><br><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Maintain CRM data integrity and manage sales pipeline tracking.</li><li>Prepare weekly sales reports and dashboards for leadership.</li><li>Support alignment between marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.</li><li>Track lead follow-ups, forecast accuracy, and campaign ROI.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks related to quotes and proposals.<br><br></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>35 years of experience in sales operations or coordination.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools such as Dynamics 365 or HubSpot.</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Location: Vancouver, BC</p><p>Experience: 3+ years</p><p>Compensation: $50K$70K</p></p></p>
