We utilize Big Data to offer comprehensive analytics and reports to investors, brokers, operators and suppliers in the apartment industry.</p><p><em>Meet our hiring team: </em></p><p>About the Role</p><p>This role is a professional entry point into B2B SaaS sales, ideal for early-career and graduate candidates who want to build strong sales fundamentals. The SDR role focuses on communication, discovery, and process-driven execution.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Execute a discovery call to share the Company Value Proposition, ask standardized questions, and secure the next deep dive meeting to be led by the account executive.</li><li>Make calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.</li><li>Identify decision makers in prospect businesses, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions via templates and approved materials to begin sales cycle.</li><li>Set deep dive/demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.</li><li>Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage.</li><li>Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Comfort speaking with professionals in a U.S. business environment</li><li>Academic, internship, or customer-facing experience</li><li>Interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Prior sales or SDR experience is helpful but not required</li><li>Customer-facing or internship experience is highly valued</li><li>Coachability and communication matter more than prior titles</li></ul><p>What Will Make You Successful:</p><ul><li>Openness to feedback</li><li>Comfort with structure and repetition</li><li>Curiosity and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Consistency and accountability</li></ul><p>The Role Is Not Ideal For:</p><ul><li>Account Executives seeking a temporary role</li><li>Founders or consultants</li><li>Candidates looking for short-term placement</li><li>Field or high-ticket sales professionals</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Base Pay: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time</li><li>Work Setup: Remote (Canada)</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
