Gucci is known for creating dewy, supernaturally glowy looks and her highly coveted âsecond-skin approachâ to makeup, resulting in naturally beautiful, radiantly amplified skin.<br><br><b>Position Summary</b><br />The Sales and Education Executive is responsible for, but not limited to leading their assigned marketâs sales, education, and event strategy and execution. <br><br><b>Responsibilities:</b><br /><b>Sales</b><ul><li>Accountable for achieving sales goals</li><li>Record sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis</li><li>Build strong brand and retailer partnerships </li><li>Execute brand strategic initiatives successfully</li><li>Communicate with store leadership and management prior to and during in-store visits</li><li>Plan and execute impactful store events that meet brand standards</li></ul><b>Education/Artistry</b><ul><li>Demonstrate a high level of makeup artistry skills with the ability to teach</li><li>Facilitate and support brand and retailer trainings and events â in-store, remote locations, and virtual  </li><li>Support logistics of trainings and events including planning, execution, recap, and follow up</li><li>Ability to develop others through hands-on demonstration, team selling, and coaching</li><li>Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases </li></ul><b>Additional</b><ul><li>Follow brand budget guidelines </li><li>Manage gratis allocation including inventory, assembly, and distribution as needed</li><li>Transport, set up, and tear down event <span >kits/supplies/collateral</span></li></ul> <b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>3-5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales and Education; Sephora / Nordstrom experience is a plus</li><li>Team player with a positive outlook</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills</li><li>Passionate about clean beauty</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Makeup artistry skills with the ability to connect artistry and education to sales</li><li>Flexible schedule and available to work weekends</li><li>Ability to travel throughout the region for events, trainings and store visits</li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of management, work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills</li><li>Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and proficient in Google Drive preferred</li></ul>Westman Atelier offers a holistic total compensation package designed to support employees in all aspects of life, including a robust suite of health benefits, wellness perks, 401k, and paid parental leave. The base salary for this position will range from $103,500- $124,000 CAD.
