With a focus on sustainability, reliability, and performance, REHAU develops products that make buildings, infrastructure, and communities more efficient and durable.</p><p>We are seeking a strategic and motivated <strong>Sales Manager – Western Canada</strong> to lead our regional growth initiatives and manage a high-performing sales team across Western Canada.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the <strong>Sales Manager – Western Canada</strong> is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a regional sales team, and driving business growth within the plumbing, hydronics, and construction sectors. This role requires a combination of leadership, market expertise, and relationship management skills to expand REHAU’s footprint across the Western Canadian market.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and support a regional sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Western Canada focused on profitable growth and market share expansion.</li><li>Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with <strong>Marketing, Product Management, and Operations</strong> to align sales initiatives with company objectives.</li><li>Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.</li><li>Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy and decision-making.</li><li>Represent REHAU at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to build brand presence and relationships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with REHAU’s quality standards, pricing structure, and corporate policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.</li><li>Minimum <strong>10 years of sales experience</strong> in a <strong>technical, wholesale, or distribution</strong> environment—preferably in <strong>plumbing or hydronics</strong>.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of direct leadership experience</strong> managing a high-performing sales team.</li><li>Proven technical understanding of <strong>hydronic and plumbing systems</strong>.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated success in <strong>strategic account management</strong> and regional business development.</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities.</li><li>Proficient with <strong>Salesforce CRM</strong> and <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel approximately <strong>30–40%</strong> within the region.</li><li>Based in <strong>Vancouver, BC</strong> or <strong>Calgary, AB</strong>, or willing to relocate.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary plus<strong> incentive plan</strong>.</li><li>Comprehensive <strong>benefits package</strong> (health, dental, vision, life insurance, RRSP matching, and more).</li><li>Paid vacation and company holidays.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a global organization.</li><li>Inclusive, collaborative workplace that values innovation, diversity, and employee well-being.</li></ul><p><strong>Accessibility & Equal Opportunity</strong></p><p>REHAU is committed to creating an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process in accordance with the <strong>Canadian Human Rights Act</strong>, the <strong>Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)</strong>, and applicable <strong>provincial accessibility standards</strong> (including British Columbia’s Accessibility Act and Alberta Human Rights Act).</p><p>Accommodations are available upon request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the recruitment process.</p><p>REHAU is an <strong>equal opportunity employer</strong>.
