As Sales Manager at our Edmonton location, you’ll guide and develop a fast-growing sales team with a customer-first focus. Help drive Uline’s success as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!</p><h3>Schedule</h3><ul><li><p>Monday and Friday - Edmonton, AB Office.</p></li><li><p>Tuesday through Thursday - Sales team visits in the field.</p></li></ul><h3>Position Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Recruit, train, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 representatives.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.</p></li><li><p>Work with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements.</p></li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree.</p></li><li><p>10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Frequent travel within territory with occasional travel to Uline’s other North American locations.</p></li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li><p>Company-paid extended health coverage and RRSP with 6% employer match that starts day one!</p></li><li><p>Multiple bonus programs.</p></li><li><p>Paid holidays and generous paid time off.</p></li><li><p>Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.</p></li><li><p>Internet and cell phone allowance.
