This position works with professionalism and consistency to sell in home remodeling of Kitchen and home renovation projects. Renumeration will be a mix of base plus commission. Highly skilled sales can generate 100k+ per year if successful, results vary based on sales.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Leads generated need to be properly vetting, follow sales process that includes meeting client in home.</li><li>Qualifies each prospects wants and needs, budget and timeline for their project.</li><li>Price projects accordingly using pricing model set in our system.</li><li>Performs quick measuring and gathers all the information necessary to work with designers to generate a cabinet layout, renderings and plans, which meets the customers needs. Then present the rendering to client for approval.</li><li>Review order list and ensure all items and materials accounted for prior to review with management for ordering.</li><li>Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide before photographs for the Lookbook.</li><li>Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a proposal to the customer.</li><li>Works with design team to prepare 3D and elevation renderings based on client material and style selections.</li><li>Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.</li><li>Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed.</li><li>Update client regularly on status of order and project, timelines and address any questions.</li><li>Performs final walk through with clients and Collects payment.</li></ul><br /><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /><ul><li>Prior sales experience in remodeling a plus</li><li>Highly motivated, can work independently, dependable, with strong work ethic</li><li>Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english and French)</li><li>Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes</li></ul><br /><strong>Why Work for Kitchen Tune-Up:</strong><br /><ul><li>Rapid growth in the market.</li><li>Sales training and all sales tools provided.</li><li>Ongoing training and coaching provided.</li><li>Full-time - flexible schedule, work from home when not on client visits. </li><li>We are a family run business with a great team and excellent reputation.
