We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team of lighting professionals on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of LED retrofit sales experience and will be familiar with lighting audits.</p><p>Responsibilities and Duties*</p><ul><li>Use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new, exciting business accounts / relationships.</li><li>Actively manage and grow existing accounts and new accounts through communications, site visits and understanding their needs and providing practical solutions and exceptional support.</li></ul><p>· Promote and sell Company&#39;s products/services to existing and new customers.</p><p>· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.</p><p>· Perform Energy Audits, Commissioning, Lighting recommendations and quotes for client’s facilities.</p><p>· Coordinate Electricians and manage materials supply for project execution.</p><p>· Hold presentations and training for clients regarding products and services.</p><p>· Willing to travel to other Canadian provinces as required.</p><p>· Meet or exceed min sales targets as set by Company.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent communications skills.</li><li>Minimum of 1-3 years of LED Retrofit sales experience.</li><li>Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in French is an asset.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer support.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational ability.</li><li>Strong work ethic with a personal drive.</li><li>Ability to be flexible and work within a team environment.</li><li>Computer skills – particularly with Microsoft Office Excel & Word.</li></ul><p>We appreciate all expressed interest in this position; however, only the candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.</p></p>Company Description<p>TGL Electrical and Maintenance Inc. is one of Canada’s leading National LED retrofit contractors.
