We pride ourselves on strong relationships, strategic merchandising, and a commitment to excellence in sales execution.</p><p>Job Overview:</p><p>We're looking for an energetic and self-motivated <br>Sales Representative / Merchandiser<br> to support our sales team and help grow our brand presence at the retail level. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beverage alcohol industry and an interest in building a career in sales.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Support Sales Representatives with in-store execution, including product placement, shelf organization, displays, and promotional materials</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key staff</li><li>Merchandise and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and visibility</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing replenishment orders</li><li>Help execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events</li><li>Collect and report store-level data, including pricing, promotions, and competitor activity</li><li>Maintain a regular call schedule and cover assigned territory efficiently</li><li>Attend weekly team meetings in the office, or remotely.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Post Secondary Education (Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus)</li><li>Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, especially in the alcohol or FMCG industry</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to lift cases (up to 40 lbs), travel locally and work occasional weekends (Events)</li><li>Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive base salary + performance incentives</li><li>Car allowance</li><li>Phone allowance</li><li>Product and industry training</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding team</li><li>Supportive, flexible and collaborative work environment</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
