Hästens has had the honor and privilege of serving as an official supplier to the Swedish Royal Court for three generations.<br /><br /> Role Objectives: <br /><br />The Sales / Sleep Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals by promoting the Hästens brand philosophy through an immersive Sleep Spa Experience . This role involves creating an environment where genuine passion and the wellness-centered culture of Hästens are conveyed to every client.<br /><br />Successful candidates will gain in-depth product knowledge and enjoy the benefits behind every Hästens masterpiece. Sleep well!<br /><br />Job Responsibility<br /><br /> Elevate in-store experience and immersive bed testing experience (Hästens Sleep Spa experience) by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.<br /> Generate sales leads through various outreach channels (Octopus, LinkedIn, Local outreach and other social media).<br /> Actively follow up with open lead in sales pipeline.<br /> Convert outreach and walk-in client with immersive bed testing experience (Hästens Sleep Spa experience).<br /> Capture client information and foster a positive relationship with clients.<br /> Provide service excellence when communicating and serving clients.<br /> Fosters a synergistic sales environment to close sales.<br /> Constantly drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial goal.<br /> Cultivate and maintain a long going after sale relationship with client.<br /> Provide after sales support (Arranging bed service etc.).<br /> Representing Hästens Toronto or Hästens Markham at social events.<br /> Be accountable for inventory count.<br /> Engagement in store visual merchandising by following corporate guidelines directives.<br /> Upkeep of store cleanliness and presentation.<br /> Adhere to company guide line, policies and SOP.<br /><br />Perks<br /><br /> Opportunity to train at Hästens Sweden<br /> Employee discount on merchandise<br /> Health Benefit<br /> Capless Commission opportunities<br /><br />Qualification<br /><br /> Minimum of 2 years in retail<br /> Customer service experience or hospitality<br /> Proven sales track record<br /> Self motivating and result driven<br /> Team player<br /> Athletic background an assets<br /> Proficient in MS Office software suites, POS systems and other digital tools.<br /> Must be able to work during company's blackout period which maybe adjusted from time to time.<br /><br />Job Type: Full-time<br /><br />Pay: $62,000.00-$75,000.00 per year<br /><br />Benefits:<br /> Dental care<br /> Store discount<br /> Vision care<br><br>Application question(s):<br /> How many years of luxury retail experience?<br /> Please paste a link to your LinkedIn profile.<br /> Do you have a LinkedIn profile?<br /><br />Experience:<br /> retail sales: 2 years (required)<br /><br />Work Location: In personCreate Your Resume First
