About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Change Management Specialist to support the
implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud within the healthcare and home health sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Organizational Change Manager at
Spectrum and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of
the new system.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist with over 5 years of
experience to support a major implementation project in collaboration with the
Organizational Change Manager at Spectrum.
This full-time role is based in Canada and will
play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce Health Cloud across
healthcare and home health teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Organizational Change Manager to support
implementation efforts.
• Lead and conduct end-user training sessions for nurses, Personal Support Workers
(PSWs), and care coordinators.
• Drive user adoption through well-designed change management strategies tailored to
healthcare professionals.
• Guide frontline staff through the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce Health
Cloud.
• Leverage a deep understanding of nursing workflows, care coordination, and PSW
responsibilities to ensure a smooth implementation process.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to stakeholders to enhance user experience and
system efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce, with at least 2 years focused on
Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and home health sectors.
• Preferable experience within the Canadian healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with workflows involving nurses, care coordinators, and PSWs.
• Proven experience in user training, change management, and system adoption
strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and
support diverse healthcare staff.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working with Canadian healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Certification in Salesforce Health Cloud or related Salesforce credentials.
