<p><h3>Role: SAP Cutover Lead</h3><h3>Location: Canada Remote</h3><h3>Contract</h3><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>The SAP Cutover Lead will plan and execute the cutover strategy for SAP systems in the USUI project. This role will ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems, managing cutover activities, stakeholder alignment, and readiness across multiple workstreams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage SAP cutover strategy, plan, and detailed checklist.</li><li>Coordinate cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and go-live execution.</li><li>Manage dependencies between SAP and non-SAP systems during cutover.</li><li>Work with business, IT, and vendors to ensure readiness.</li><li>Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans for cutover.</li><li>Lead command center during go-live.</li><li>Provide post-cutover support and stabilization oversight.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills & Experience</h3><ul><li>10+ years of SAP project experience, with 5+ years in cutover leadership.</li><li>Proven track record in managing complex cutovers across SAP ECC/S4 and surrounding systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of integration with Quorum, Oracle CC&B, and GIS systems.</li><li>Experience in data migration and cutover rehearsal cycles.</li><li>Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><h3>Education & Nice-to-Have Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.</li><li>SAP certification preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of utility/oil & gas business processes.</li><li>Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery models.</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent.</li></ul></p>
