<p>Description: </p><p>Proven experience delivering data migration from SAP ECC PA/OM into SuccessFactors Employee Central is required, including developing the data strategy and data plan. </p><p>The candidate must have hands-on experience extracting data from SAP ECC PA/OM, transforming it into the SuccessFactors EC format, loading it into EC, and validating the migrated data end-to-end. </p><p>The candidate must have served as an Employee Central module lead on a prior implementation and be Employee Central certified. </p><p>Experience with SAP ECC HCM a plus.</p>Create Your Resume First
