Job Description
Lead and manage SAP-related finance projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process optimizations, across the global organization across multiple regions and different time zones.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and sponsors to define project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics which are aligned with business priorities.
Develop and own key project deliverables, including charters, project plans, risk assessments, closure reports and identification of lesson learned as input for future projects.
Drive initiatives related to, compliance, reporting, and automation using SAP S/4HANA capabilities and other peripheral business applications.
Ensure effective change management through training programs, testing strategies, and user adoption plans for finance teams.
Communicate project progress and critical updates to executives, leadership committees, and stakeholders through comprehensive status reports and reviews.
Ensure all assigned Finance-focused projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Provide strategic consultation on leveraging SAP technologies to enhance all financial business processes and to work closely with various cross functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall Project Charter deliverables
Responsible to ensure that all meeting and related artifacts (minutes, action-item, follow-up, blockers etc.) are managed effectively and in a timely manner.
