<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program ofPearson LIFT(Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson&#39;s infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canadas largest airport for the future of air travelincluding critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.</p><p></p><p>Job Summary<br />The Scheduleris responsible <span >fordeveloping,maintaining,</span> and communicating fully integrated project schedules across PACTs sub-programs. This role will work closely with design, construction, procurement, commercial, and risk teams to <span >ensureaccurateplanning,</span> sequencing, forecasting, and reporting that supports on-time, on-budget delivery in a live airport environment.</p><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop level 14 project schedules aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure, resource and cost plans, and project risk registers</li></ul><ul><li>Establish <span >andmaintainschedule</span> baselines, logic ties, calendars, and progress measurement systems</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct critical path, float, and what-if scenario analyses toidentifyrisks and recommend recovery actions</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and deliver regular progress updates, look-aheads, S-curves, and earned value schedule reports</li></ul><ul><li>Integrate design, procurement, and construction activities into a single master schedule, including airside interfaces and operational windows</li></ul><ul><li>Support governance reporting with dashboards, summaries, and insights for leadership and client stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with risk, cost, and change management teams to align schedule data with forecasts and entitlement claims</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain high-quality schedule data and promote best practices in planning and reporting</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align milestones, dependencies, and <span >testing/commissioning</span> sequences</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>WORK CONDITIONS<br />The position will be based at our offices in Mississauga, Ontario, with regular visits to the site offices and GTAA terminals asrequired. This position is 5 days per week with core hours of work <span >betweenapproximately</span> 8:00am5:00pm with 1 hour lunch or as agreed upon with your manager.</p><p><br /></p><p>Desired Skills, Knowledge, Competencies</p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of project planning and scheduling experience on large infrastructure projects</li></ul><ul><li><span >Expertproficiencywith</span> Primavera P6, including baselining, logic analysis, and reporting</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of planning fundamentals, earned value, and schedule performance metrics</li></ul><ul><li>Experience integrating design, procurement, and construction schedules in a progressive design-build environment</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiencywith Excel and dashboarding tools (Power BI or similar)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong <span >communicationskills</span> with the ability to present complex schedules in a clear, concise way</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment</li></ul><ul><li>Airport or airside scheduling experience and professional credentials (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP) considered an asset</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>PACT is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing employment accommodationin accordance withthe Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
