This is a founder-level leadership role. As Scribes Leader, you don’t just coordinate projects—you architect the knowledge flows, program logic, and strategic execution frameworks of the entire technology and innovation engine behind Anime Universe.

Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week. If that’s not feasible, we completely understand—but this isn’t the right role for now.

This is an equity partner role. That means:

• No upfront cash compensation
• Equity (shares) at founding partner level (standard vesting)
• Future token-based rewards (pending legal clearance)
• Salary activates with revenue-based milestones

Overview

We’re recruiting a Scribes Leader —the connective leader driving program structure, knowledge flow, and delivery orchestration across Technology and the broader organization.

You will:

• Lead the Program Management Office (PMO): Head of Programs, Senior Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, Senior Product Managers, Senior Business Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts.
• Own the Scribes Core—responsible for all cross-functional documentation, knowledge architecture, and standards for program and knowledge delivery

This is a VP-level role for someone who has architected large-scale program systems and knowledge ecosystems across complex, fast-moving organizations. You are viewed by peers as a master program leader and knowledge architect—the person others call when scale, clarity, and execution need to be aligned.

You don’t just coordinate projects—you architect the systems of delivery and knowledge that allow an innovation-driven organization to perform at its peak. This is your seat at the high table of TechCore leadership, working side-by-side with the CTO and Master Architect to transform strategic intent into executional reality and evolving knowledge.

What You’ll Own

Knowledge Architecture & Standards Leadership

• Architect the AU-wide Knowledge Framework across Confluence, Git, BCPL, and AI-interoperable sources
• Own and evolve standard documentation, white papers, and delivery artifactsAU Source of Truth
• Define and implement AI-friendly, future-proof knowledge architectures that power self-evolving organizational intelligence

Program Architecture & PMO Leadership

• Architect and continuously evolve program structure across Technology and Anime Universe
• Own the Program Management Office (PMO): set vision, structure, and standards for the Head of Programs, Sr PMs, Sr Product Managers, Sr Program Managers, Sr BAs, Sr TAs
• Drive cross-Core program and portfolio alignment with AU strategic priorities
• Lead creation of executable architecture documents, program roadmaps, and delivery frameworks

Delivery Systems & Execution Blueprint

• Architect multi-core, multi-layer delivery frameworks—supporting the scaling of the technology products
• Define and implement Program Metrics & KPIs frameworks to drive continuous improvement
• Architect and drive adoption of self-documenting program systems—linking programs with knowledge, AI feedback loops, and smart content architectures

Cross-Functional Leadership & Culture Building

• Serve as a senior leadership voice on the Technology leadership team (with CTO, Master Architect, VP Engineering)
• Partner deeply with engineering, product, content, legal, and business leaders to drive aligned execution across the organization

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Leadership

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale programs, PMOs, and knowledge architecture in complex, innovation-driven organizations
• You’ve held senior program leadership roles (e.g., VP of Programs, Head of PMO, Head of Knowledge Architecture, or similar) in high-growth tech, media, or platform companies

Program & Knowledge Fluency

• Deep expertise in program architecture, delivery systems, knowledge management, and documentation standards
• You move fluently across the intersection of program leadership, knowledge architecture, AI-integration, and complex systems scaling

Systems Thinking

• High-agency systems thinker who designs for scalability, adaptability, and long-term evolution
• You anticipate complexity, architect for resilience, and balance execution clarity with future-proofing

Next-Gen Leadership

• Familiarity with AI-assisted knowledge management, tokenized governance, Blockchain and smart licensing frameworks, adaptive delivery models
• You understand how future knowledge and program systems will drive competitive advantage and organizational intelligence
