<p><h3>Duties/Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>source public bids</li><li>Receive bid requests from salespeople internallly</li><li>Source bid requests from caulking suppliers and manufacturers.</li><li>Quantify and estimate projects.</li><li>Work with subcontractors to determine average prices for use in cost estimation.</li><li>Assign all bids to single salesperson for closing</li><li>Procure prices from subcontractors after award</li><li>Coordinate handover all materials to supervisor for full execution.</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li><b>Salary Range:</b>$50,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)</li><li><b>Benefits:</b>Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation</li><li><b>Vacancy Status:</b>New, full-time position</li><li><b>AI Disclosure:</b>Triumph does not use AI in candidate screening or selection</li></ul><h3>Scope</h3><ul><li>Sealants</li><li>Expansion Joints</li></ul><ul><li>Mid-High rise focus</li><li>Internal use as a value add/package alongside other scope in cladding/glazing.</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
