Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Security Guard Instructor role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Security Guard Instructor will be responsible for conducting a 40-hour course to train security guards in interpersonal skills, physical security, personnel security, private security, and customer service.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service excellence
Min 5 Year Field Experience
Experience in Physical Security and Personnel Security
Knowledge of Private Security practices
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to provide clear and detailed instruction
Experience in the security industry is a plus
Certification in security training or related field
First Aid and CPR certification
